What a wonderful morning to run, or to otherwise be alive. Did about 9 miles easy then ran the Legal Aid trail 5K; practice running fast(er), and in pain, in the end game. Also a good cause.
My take on books, canoes, running, current events, movies, music (especially jazz and fado), science, technology and life its ownself

Easy for me to say
On the other side of the aid table today volunteering at the Gnaw Bone trail marathon, 50K and 50 mile, waiting for the 50 milers to come through on their second loop. Tough bunch of guys and gals.

Free and easy
I'm in church and we're all clappin' because Pharoah Sanders is preaching up a storm, with his tenor and otherwise.
